No, you do not need to complete 4 years of college in order to tutor. Tutors may be experts on a topic, for example if you have 10 years of experience working in a particular field, without having completed a college degree. The only classes you wouldn't likely be able to tutor without completing college are college courses. But, you could certainly tutor other subjects.
