Some people are willing to pay more if someone comes to their house. I would say it ranges from $30-50 an hour, however, you might see some people paying more, while others paying less. I would say if you are submitting a resume and they are asking your required salary, state it, but write may vary according to the situation and later on you can decide if you are comfortable with what you are getting.
