My name is John Ross Hart. I am in my 13th year of teaching, the past nine in Arizona. Currently, I am a certified teacher at Avalon Elementary School in Apache Junction. Here I teach middle school Social Studies, English, Reading, and Writing. I also teach English-as-a-Second Language to grades K - 8. I have taught or tutored students as young as five and as old as 40-something. I am rated a Highly Qualified secondary teacher and recently passed my test for the elementary credential. I am an older teacher and therefore can also offer life experience in addition to the general curriculum of the subjects being taught. I am available weekday evenings between 5:30 and 8:30. I enjoy making a different in the lives of our children.
