Hi everyone! I am currently a student at Temple University, going for my Ph.D. I am also a scientist at a local pharmaceutical company. I started tutoring high school Math and Science for about two years now. It is a great way to review the basics for myself and to teach students different ways to learn about certain topics in a light that their teachers might not show them. I went to a few different schools growing up and have experience with different techniques that might make the topic more interesting. I tutored once in college, but don't have much experience. I have been a teaching assistant for both labs and recitations though, so I have experience with teaching the college-aged crowd. Given that I went to three different colleges, I also feel that I have experience that I would love to share with other students so that they may become more interested in the topic too!
