I have a great deal of experience in the classroom, tutoring and home schooling. I have taught since 1992, and I specialize in middle and high school English and Humanities. I also teach high school writing, history and study skills. I am extremely positive, patient and professional. I bring out the best in all of my students, and I find what engages them. My students are always better writers after I have worked with them, regardless of what we studied together. I have a good sense of humor, I am very prompt and my expectations are high. I see the best side of my students, and I always develop rapport and trust with them. I take great pride and pleasure in helping my students improve and succeed. I love tutoring, and I'm good at it!
