Hello! I am 28, passionate about learning, and a natural teacher. I come from a long line of teachers and have an innate ability to reach and connect to many different types of learners. I was accepted into Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as an engineering major, and studied in this field for two years. Though I loved the material I was learning, I could not ignore my love of teaching, so I decided to finish my degree in Liberal Studies in order to complete my multiple subject teaching credential. I have several years experience teaching piano, and have been playing the instrument since age 8 (with classical training). My classroom experiences range from 1st to 5th grade, and I am very comfortable in all subjects. I also am a personal trainer, so have extensive knowledge on healthy eating and exercise.
