I think finding the right tutor makes a world of a difference--I know from experience because I've used tutors many times before! I've learned that what makes a great tutor is not just someone who can spit out facts, but someone who can TEACH those facts, and teach them in a way that will make you as an individual understand them. I'm all about catering my teaching methods to the individual because there is no single formula for any topic; everyone is different, and everyone interprets information differently. That's why I strongly believe it's important to get to know a student on a personal level in order to fully understand what works best. Do you prefer to sit at a table, or be outdoors when you study? Do you need absolute silence or does a little background noise make you feel more comfortable? All of these details are important when tutoring, and yet often overlooked. I don't overlook the small stuff, I'm all about it. And I promise my students a tutoring experience that is unique unto them.

I love working with young children, but I'm also excellent with high school students, and I have experience teaching a range of elementary and middle school subjects. Having graduated from one of the best high schools as well as undergraduate institutions in the country, I am competent I have the intellect and ability to help you in the subjects I have listed above. I hope to hear from you soon!
