I’m a very outgoing and personable individual who’s very driven, efficient and above all humorous. Education has been a very important part of my upbringing and I am the first in my family to attend and graduate from grad school. While I was in 5th through 7th grades, I was recruited by my school’s after school daycare to look after kindergarten through third grade students and to help in their math homework. I received awards every year for helping increase the students’ learning excitement and abilities. For my final three years of high school, I attended a distance learning high school where all of my studies were completed online, forcing me to learn to become organized, multitask, and problem solve. Throughout my collegiate studies, my friends and I would study in groups because they would ask for my help to understand the topics of focus. While I do not have any formal one-on-one tutoring experience, I feel these past experiences exemplify my ability, along with my personable, patient and outgoing personality, to be a great personal tutor. I just finished grad school and am looking to tutor as I focus on my screenwriting and on outlining a business plan for an idea I have.
