When I was small I tried to grow a popcorn tree. It didn't grow, so I knew I needed more education.

I've taught many students, ages 10-18, in a broad range of subjects: music, English,ESL, swimming, archery, are some. I think that 1 on 1 instruction is ideal, and that it is fun and rewarding for students and teachers alike. I believe in positive, imaginative, respectful, step by step approach to teaching.

I have taught in California schools for more than 20 years. I was a summer camp program director for several years as well. I have a wide range of interests that include languages, literature, composing, sports.
