I am a mom, a student and a teacher. I love the challenge of finding dynamic ways to share information and concepts with children.

Much of my "free time" is spent volunteering at schools and outreach programs.My favorite subject to teach is ASL (American Sign Language) because it benefits users in so many other aspects of education. For several years I have worked as a freelance writer and very much enjoy working with students looking to build their own writing and comprehension skills. For almost two decades I enjoyed a career as an actor/dancer and performance art teacher.

Currently I am working toward my second degree, this on in Special Education. I hold a degree in Sign Language Interpreting.

There is always a way to make knowledge fun and accessible, you just have to find what works for you!
