Grammar is my very favorite subject, so grammar improvement will probably sneak into any lesson. I am serious about catching students up or getting them ahead, as long as it the student's desire and not a pressuring parent. (No one learns well who is learning resentfully.)

I have Texas Teacheing certificates in Health and PE, Secondary English, General Elementary, and ECh.

I have taught all of those subjects plus Resource Reading and Math. Elementary math is the highest level of math to which I am willing to commit.

I have seen more progress and passing grades from old fashioned techniques such as repitition (same skill, different examples) and breaking a problem into manageable parts.

I have been teaching for more than 30 years, so I have lots of experience.
