I have taught ESL, creative writing and acting over the past five years since graduating University in North Carolina. I taught and traveled in Japan where I began tutoring. I love learning, writing, acting and reading. I lead a on-line Fiction club and guest write for a culture blog as well as perform on weekends as an improviser and comic.
I help students set goals and find approachable ways for them to learn. Each class is structured around the particular student and their current progress within a subject. Students may feel comfortable playing spelling games, acting out second-languages or modeling an idea from science.
