Hello Students!

I began teaching master classes at UC Santa Barbara and Calarts in

the spring of 2008 which I continued to do on a part time basis until this past fall.

During that time, I was offered a position at a middle school in Los Angeles working

with students in an underprivileged environment. As part of the school's charter, they

were attempting to hybridize their required courses (history, english, social studies) by

crossing them with art classes. Needless to say, the students and I embarked on quite

an adventure as we explored the content from their other classes in performance,

debate, writing composition and script analysis.
