I am a 24 year-old Brooklyn based tutor. My hobbies include running, cooking, jigsaw puzzles, Doctor Who, and writing. I am energetic and eager to teach all age groups. I have prior tutoring and teaching experience mainly with students pre-K through 8th grade. I believe that there are multiple ways to learn any given subject and enjoy working with students to find which way is best for them. I am passionate about math and reading/writing. I especially enjoy trying to solve logic puzzles. I completed a thesis in college and am adept at essay writing and proofreading.
