I have been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis for a couple of years now, trained to implement individualized programs as I support children with special needs. I've also had a 2-year experience teaching ESL to Koreans.

I see myself as a scaffold who will build on one's strengths and interests to increase a person's learning potential. Every person has a unique learning approach so my teaching has to be individualized. I believe that learning is not just about acquiring knowledge but it's also in forming an intrinsic motivation to explore, understand, connect, and experience. As a teacher, I strive to make learning a pleasant experience - not limited to the contents of a book but exploratory as one seeks to make sense of this world in the many wonderful discoveries the mind can ever unfold.
