The city is now home to several popular attractions that are frequented by residents and visitors to the Dallas area. Hawaiian Falls Water Park is a popular destination, considering the hot weather in Garland. The Firewheel Town Center, a sprawling outdoor mall, has also become a popular attraction and retail center.

About Middle School Grammar
Although a great deal of attention is paid to the subject of grammar at the elementary school level in America, grammar becomes a particularly important focus in the study of Language Arts at the middle school level as well. Whereas elementary school focuses on the construction of simple sentences for the most part, middle school grammar begins to help students formulate compound and complex sentences in order to elevate their writing style to a level that will prepare them for entrance into high school. Therefore, using phrases and clauses more frequently is often taught and encouraged in middle school.
Because writing is such an essential element of education, particularly in college, many students often suffer as a result of having missed some of the grammar fundamentals that are taught in elementary school. Even though most middle schools continue to reinforce some of the basic grammatical principles, those students who are struggling with writing in middle school can benefit greatly from working one-on-one with a grammar tutor, who can review those topics that were missed early on and enhance their ability to write at a middle school level.
