Hello, I am a certified mathematics teacher. I have taught in various settings here in Arizona and in California. I have a bachelor's in math from UCSB, and have completed all but two courses in a dual credential and masters in secondary education at ASU. The final classes are for the masters portion of the program.

I am an avid sports watcher and enjoy the fact that numbers are big in sports as well. I like to keep the atmosphere light while tutoring, so my students get to know me as well and are comfortable with working with me. I believe that a lot of times focus is on the process in math and not so much on the concepts. I like to focus on developing the concepts, that way if the process is forgotten, the concepts can be used to work the problem out anyways.
