My name is Samir, an Arabic native speaker and fluent French speaker.
I worked for the Moroccan Government over ten years before moving to the United States in 2006.
With me you have the choice to learn the Modern Standard Arabic (formal/classical Arabic) , the colloquial Arabic (the conversational Arabic) of Morocco or French. I can teach you how to speak, read, and/or write Arabic, French or Moroccan.
I have always had a passion for languages and for teaching languages through conversation, comprehension, reading, listening and speaking.
I teach students and adults of all skill levels, from beginners, intermediate to advanced. I have been tutoring students for almost twenty years, and I currently teach and tutor one-on-one and online during late afternoons, evenings and weekends.
I 'am familiar with the Education Curriculum (Youth Exchange and Study(YES)Abroad, taught to American high school students who travel to Morocco on scholarship and exchange programs to study for long and short period of time.
I have Alif Baa books available for your Arabic lessons and, Bien Dit for French classes.
My hobbies are: studying languages, cooking, and outdoor activities such as running, riding my bike, fishing and gardening
