I am entering my third year of medical school at Trinity School of Medicine. As my rotations take me to multiple cities, I am also available for Skype tutoring.
I am interested in tutoring students preparing for the USMLE Step 1. I am very familiar with the material on the USMLE Step 1 and I am very familiar with tutoring. I achieved a USMLE Step 1 score of 250, having done three questions banks and read through numerous study materials, including two First Aid books and the Kaplan series. I feel confident that with a few days' notice, I can be ready to strengthen students' understanding of literally any USMLE Step 1 topic. In particular, I scored off the charts in Genetics, Nutrition, Blood/Lymph, Respiratory, Endocrine, and Biostatistics.
In regards to my past tutoring experience, I spent two years tutoring undergraduate physics at Grand Valley State University. I received excellent feedback from tutees and a letter of recommendation from the university's tutoring department.
