I have been running my own summer art camp for kids with my sister, every summer for the past 13 years in Atlanta, GA. We care for kids from 9am-3pm 5 days a week, teaching various artistic techniques and styles to children ages 4-12 years old. We take the children on weekly field trips to various educational and learning centers such as The High Museum of Art and Fernbank. I am a PSIA certified ski instructor, working primarily with kids ages 3-6 years old, however, I have experience instructing all ages as well. I have taught for 2 seasons with Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO and one season with Mount Buller Resorts on Mount Buller in Victoria, Australia. I have experience working with kids of all ages in many different settings. I have extensive knowledge in different learning styles and disabilities. I am energetic and excited about expanding children’s horizons and teaching them study skills and tools that they can continue to use when they no longer have a tutor. In my broad work experience in various cities and jobs, I have acquired great people skills. I have learned how to handle many different conflicts quickly and quietly while remaining professional. I am a fast learner, and I put 100% into everything I do, and I am not afraid to ask questions if I am unsure about something.
