I am currently a senior studying at Arizona State University. I am double majoring, receiving a Dual Certification in Special Ed and Elementary Ed and a degree in Sociology. I have had a great deal of experience so far working with students between Kindergarten and 5th grade. Last semester, I student taught in a self-contained Autism classroom and learned many new techniques. This semester I am student teaching in a 5th/6th combo class. I am a fun and friendly person, who loves working with kids. A strength of mine would be how patient I am with my students. I understand the struggles and am willing to take the extra time to make sure a subject is mastered before moving on.
