I am a college graduate with a degree in the TESOL program at Winona State University, MN.I have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics and i have taken every required TESOL course offered at both Marmara University (Istanbul) and Winona State University, MN and have a solid background in the following graduate level courses: Theories and practice of teaching writing, TESOL Theory and Methods, Theories of Second Language Acquisition, and Pedagogical Grammar. In addition to my English Teaching background and skills, i am fluent in several languages including: Albanian, Turkish, Italian, and have some comprehensive knowledge in Arabic which, all these, have raised my global and cultural awareness.

My Knowledge of English Teaching goes beyond my formal classroom education. For the past two years I have worked as a Graduate Assistant at Winona State University, where I have toughed ESL classes: Academic Reading and Writing. Also, for the past year, I have been assisting students with Special topics in writing, and/or language, including such work as tutoring writing, teaching English as a Second Language, editing literary publications, or similar undertakings at the Winona State University’s Writing Center.
