Special Needs: ?
I received my B.A. in biochemistry from Kansas State University. There I was member of Golden Key International Honors Society and received multiple research awards. I received my Ph.D. at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center where I received several awards and fellowships as well as published multiple scientific papers. Currently, I am scientist at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Throughout my educational career, I was always the person that classmates asked for help. I peer tutored throughout high school and college. I taught a biology lab at the undergraduate level and as a graduate student, I mentored many other students in science. I can make even the most difficult concepts easy to understand. I am extremely patient with students and I know working with me will lead to higher grades. I am happy to help with any biology or chemistry courses as well as high school math. In addition, I can help with homework, lab reports, or with science fairs. I also offer help outside of tutoring hours in answering students questions (phone or chat). If you are already a client, I offer smaller time windows for online tutoring or homework help.
